Browser Purchase pop-up seems to use
I'm
instead ofI'm
, example:
Are you sure you want to redeem "Now I'm a Demon Lord! Happily Ever After with Monster Girls in My Dungeon: Volume 6" for 699 coins?
Browser firefox 121.0.1 (linux)

The segment, & #39; [with the space removed] is the code that produces an ' inside URLs and such as a non-command character.
I'm {I typed that using that character string}
I'm [copy/pasted from your post]Why that's not rendering properly...
Having just checked with a different title that has "I'm" as part of it, yes, the pop-up isn't rendering it properly.
Windows 10, Chrome.So, yeah, something with the pop-up software isn't interpreting the character string as a command, but rather treating the entire title as a character string that shouldn't be manipulated.
Something to look at in regard to aesthetics, but I suspect very far indeed down their priority list as if doesn't prevent purchasing the item.
