It seems like Square Enix (through MangaUP!) has the publishing rights to the manga in English but, I'm not seeing the LN rights as licensed that I can find.
Synopsis: Standard isekai concept - MC dies by flying Cargo Truck-kun in a world where magic is prevalent but, offensive magic is banned. Only defensive and utility magic are allowed. He gets sent to another world ending up in the middle of a forest...or is it? As the story progresses things of his previous world seem to be appearing. Also, why are the magic circles here all so inefficient and yet so familiar? Perhaps he wasn't sent to another world after all...
Suggestion for LNs/Mangas with crafting, intelligent MCs and/or the lulz would be greatly appreciated!

Glancing at bookwalker.jp it seems there are 3 LN and 6 Manga for this series so far. I read chapter 1 of the Manga from MangaUP, and it was a good world concept. I put it on my "buy when a few volumes are out" list. I would definitely read the LN based on what I know so far.
