The forum link for the manga volume 2 leads to the volume 1 manga discussion, not volume 2.

Same for volume 3. The forum link also leads back to the volume 1 discussion.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you're just using the next button to switch between volumes, it doesn't update the forum link in the reader.
