What is the difference between the Mobile, Desktop, and 4K versions of the comic downloads?

Desktop is 2560 pixels high.
4k is 3840 pixels high. -
In addition to what kuali said, larger images means larger filesizes (relevant for people downloading on cellular data), and your devices also have a specific resolution. The different options let users who know what they need pick the best one for them.
If you're not sure what's best for you, start with the lowest quality one; if you feel that the image quality is lacking, try the next highest.
