I've rented out a manga volume, but...

Specifically, it's Endo and Kobayashi vol. 5 ch. 2, but instead of the manga I'm staring at "Loading... blah blah 1600.jpg". It's been almost a day and a half and a lot of F5s and multiple devices and no change whatsoever.
I know the manga reader is kinda borked, but usually I get the pictures with a limited number of reloads. No such luck here. So I'm thinking, if I stare at that loading screen a day and a half more, the rental runs out, and I never see a single picture, do I have any recourse?

It loaded all pages fine when I first tried it, but now that I've had time to actually sit down and read I had to do a few dozens more F5s before I made it through all the pages. But I'm through, yay!
