For verification purposes, please provide the email address associated with your J-Novel Club account & the Google transaction receipt for this transaction from Google Play. The receipt would have an order or transaction ID that looks like this: GPA.0000-1111-2222-33333. Could you send a screenshot of that receipt to us? If it was not emailed to you, you may be able to access this receipt from this webpage: https://payments.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity. Once we have the receipt we will have our backend team manually add the coins to your account. Once again, we apologize for the error and any inconvenience caused.

Looking at the logs of that email address your email on March 6, 2024 was received at 06:20 ET. It was responded to on March 6, 2024 at 06:53 asking for additional information.
Did it go to spam?
