      I'm having an issue with my premium subscription... whenever I try to view prepub items, I'll receive a message stating I need a pre-order or to make sure I'm logged in with my premium subscription. I'm definitely logged in, since I can see items I own [edit: I can download but not view chapters I own online]. Am I doing something wrong?

      I'm using chrome and I'm not based in the USA.

        @ABreading-is-fun Try logging out and then logging back in would be the first thing to try, the web site won't keep you logged in for more than 2 weeks. Otherwise you'll probably want to drop them an email at support@j-novel.club so someone on their end can take a look at what's going on with your account.
