Bought RVing my way into exile, but there's no bonus story

I recently bought the premium e-book, downloaded the epub file and sent it to kindle as usual. I can read the book just fine, but the bonus short-story that was supposed to be included isn't there.

We would like to apologize for the confusion around RVing V1. Initially when the premium edition was released it contained a bonus story that was not meant to be in the book.
That is why the latest version of the book does not have it.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but ultimately we will not be able to reissue the bonus story.
