Not sure how accurate it is, but I surfed around Overlap's website for a bit and found this, which apparently got third place in Overlap's 10th anniversary award?
Granted, there was a straightforward romance and a fantasy series that won higher ranks, but look if you advertise a series about a little girl who uses a golden revolver and proclaims herself to be a magical cop, while dealing with a high school detective, you can't expect me to not choose to suggest that over the other two.
