    A question about Licensing an Licensing Suggestions.

      If a series got their Manga or Light Novel licensed by other publisher but the other version did not get licensed, can the version that was not licensed get licensed by J-Novel Club?

      I had this doubt because, a series that i was going to search more information before putting it on the Licensing Suggestions forum, got the Manga version licensed by Yen Press, but the Light Novel version was not licensed.

      So I was wondering if I can put the Light Novel version of the series on the Licensing Suggestions forum or if I need to wait and hope it's also get licensed by Yen Press?

      I know that two series from the Publisher Cross Infinite World got the manga version through another publisher. (But Cross Infinite World only published ,at the moment, Light Novel version of the series)

        There have been cases where JNC has the LN and other companies licensed the manga, such as Apothecary Diaries
