(taken from the description of licensed manga adaptation for the sake of good English)
Wim Strauss is a "granting caster"—a support mage who can increase the strength of his allies through the power of his spells. It's a useful talent, but since it can't be used directly in battle, it gets zero respect from the other members of his party. As far as they're concerned, support magic is dead weight. It isn't long before they toss him out on his ear, leaving Wim to wonder if his career as an adventurer is over.Lucky for Wim, he has one big chance: his childhood friend Heidemarie is able to get him an audition with her elite A-rank party, Nachtlibelle. The two of them know his magic is good for more than just menial backup, but now he'll have to prove it. It's time to show the world that support mages can do more than just stand on the back lines!
Why:
Because it's good. It takes an overused premise and looks at it through the lens of autistic behaviour and mental health (with a spoiler fantasy twist on top), which made me think about how it is applicable to other similar novels like Mapping.
A good chunk of the story is about MC's struggles to understand himself and trying to fit into "normal" society, which are fascinating to follow. The series also does not shy from throwing some very messed up (in a good way) elements into the mix.

Is her upper body really turning 90°+ relative to her hips, or is she like that permanently (birth defect?)? Her outfit seems like it was cut for such a position as I don’t see any wrinkles in the cloth from such a twist at the waist, unless her right arm is concealing a gap between the skirt and the top that’s showing a fair amount of sideboob.
I don’t know about the story, but I’m currently underwhelmed by the artist.
