      Hi,
I have a premium membership and have been reading previews earlier. But when I came back today to continue (reading The Apothecary Dairies most recent preview), I could only access the first part. Any other released part just shows the message that one needs to pre order or to have a premium membership to access and that I should log in - even though I am logged in.

And I actually had read past that point earlier, though I don't recall exactly how far I came, I know that Maomao was in the greenhouse...

So what is going on now, since I suddenly can't access though I am logged in, do have a premium membership and also tried to pre-order to see if that would work.... (It didn't btw)?

What can I do? How can I get help resolving this?

      Thanks beforehand
      Lily

@Victoria-Liljesofie-6oo06k8 In all likelihood based on what you're describing, you've probably actually been logged out of the site (this occurs automatically after 2 weeks). In some cases it looks like you're still logged in when this happens, so the easiest thing to do is to refresh the page a log back in, or log out and log back in and see if that fixes things.

@jpwong thx, but I did that from the start. Also I think I wouldn't be able to write a topic in here if I weren't logged in. I have tried closing and reopening my browser tab as well. Nothing works... 😔

@Victoria-Liljesofie-6oo06k8 Login to the forum is a separate cookie to login on the site, so it is possible to be logged in on one and not the other.

That sounds like a caching error caused it to appear you were logged in when you weren't.

@piisfun yeah I figured that out while trying my Magic trick... Getting all confused about why those would be separate 😅
But yeah, probably cache somehow... Though I don't get it cause I had to log in from the start and reset my code word plus I also ordered the preview while trying to fix it...
                🤔
Well I'm just happy to be able to continue reading 😅
