      Hi,
I purchased coins on the app, after the verifications I got an error. Something went wrong… message. I didn’t got the coins. Now I every time I try to purchase in the app, the app gets stuck in an infinite loop.
I have to restart the app to do anything. Than I get the message invalid purchase request twice…
Well I can still purchase with website.

Something I do when apps are acting up is to restore them to a clean state.

On Android I hold down on an app and select App Info then force stop it then select "storage and cache" and press the clear storage and clear cache buttons.

I've never had to do this for jnc but it has helped me out with other apps.

I get all my credits from the jnc website to avoid the store fees, but I appreciate that some payment methods are not yet supported by the jnc website payment provider.

          Stay shiny, y'all.

They just made an announcement on their Discord that there are app issues and they are focusing on a fix; it really is a problem but they are on top of it due to the folks reporting the issues.

Based upon stuff discussed on the Discord, one thing going down that might impact app stuff is the version of Android involved; if old enough, the base level software everyone depends upon for app development no longer supports it.
Android 4.4 was mentioned in specific.

If the version of Android is no longer supported at the lowest level...there won't be anything they can do about it.

@Salkeaner we've released a new version of the app that addresses issues with in-app purchases
