edited to add this is using the app. haven't tried through the webpage yet.
I was having similar problems using the iOS app on my iPad. Then I noticed that I hadn’t update that app with the JNC iOS app release from a couple of days ago. I updated, and it works fine now.

Google login button doesn't even appear, password reset didn't work because of "failed authorization"... So I guess I'm locked out. :(
Also, I've been subscribed for quite some time now but I never got the flair that I'm a member. That hasn't really hindered me in anything though, so I guess that's okay.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Currently the only way to reset the password is on the user end. Several others have reported success with the password reset email after the 5th or 6th attempt. While we know this is not the best way to go about this. Currently while the backend is being worked on it is the best solution available. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have all of the sign on issues resolved soon.

Thank you for the quick reply. Now I got logged in without actually doing anything but when I try to read something it says I'm not subscribed... Double checked my profile and my subscription plan is active.
Anyway, thanks again for the quick action, I hope you guys manage to resolve the issues, I know this stuff takes time.

Sorry can you try logging in and out maybe in like 10 minutes?
Looking at the backend you have full member level access.
Someone emailed about this earlier and it fixed itself. All I did was look at their account and see that things were as they should be.

I did and you're right, it works now. I haven't tried all the functions and the calendar is still a bit weird (it only says "Prepub publication" instead of which part it is) but the most important part seems to be alright now, I can read stuff again.

I am having an issue with the app (android) when trying to go to the profile side of things it just says failed loading user data from server. This is before even getting to try and log in

@Arliston It may think you're logged in and is erroring out in which case you should be able to press the account button and then the logout button in the top corner.
Alternatively since I don't believe the app really stores much data in it since almost everything in it is streamed, you could just clear the app's data and re-open it. This fixed the issues someone in discord was having with the android app this morning.
Once you re-log in most people have reported that issues using the app largely clear up.

iPad App: No longer showed chapter read progress. (The green if finished or blue if part read background to the chapter list is not displaying).

There seem to be a sizeable number of volumes not showing as purchased by me in my user library.
To rephrase that: Stuff I've purchased isn't showing as having been purchased, some of which is way old, not post maintenance.
Vast numbers of Ascendance of a Bookworm LNs, that kind of thing.Hopefully this is just that transferring the data over is taking time, just like the reading progress info.

My library says I have precisely 1000 volumes, which is way low. -

Just as a counter note, my library shows the correct number (85) and they are all available. Did not try and redownload or anything. figured no reason to stress the servers. So likely an issue with quantity.
