      Yesterday I got the Premium membership, planning to immediately binge read this novel I had my eyes on, but did not receive the 699 coins I was supposed to, now I'm stuck with this membership, not wanting to spend more money for coins I was supposed to have received upon signing up and not being able to read any of the novels I want because I need coins for that.

      I also sent an email to support yesterday around an hour after getting the subscription and not getting those coins but have yet to get an answer there.

        It's a weekend and they're a small company. I would bet their support staff probably runs on normal business hours. I would expect a reply on Monday.

          I can also confirm that the reason it has not been responded to is because it is the weekend and our company followed standard US work hours.
