From Old Country Bumpkin Vol4 - Colour Images still use old character names

Hi, I just thought I should flag that in the epub of volume 4 of From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman the colour images are still using the old character names. I assume this is incorrect as the characters page is using the new ones.

Looks like the story page image is also still using the old character names.
