Otherside Picnic Vol 9 - any news?

Was expecting pre-pubs sometime in November based on prior releases, since it's almost December I figured I'd ask - has there's been any news about prepubs/release, any general J-Novel news that might explain why it might take longer, or just news about Otherside Picnic in general? Or am I just wildly off-base here and it's normal for some releases to be slower than others in the series?

Short answer is that licensing is a wild endeavor that can not be estimated. Every single volume is unique in time.
