      Why can't I download my Amazon Kindle for PC content for volume 13? I have seen that this problem is not mine alone in the amazon comments section. Is there any resolution to this problem where when I purchase this one volume all I get to download is a 15-page free sample? It is incredibly frustrating. I love to read on my big screen, and this is ruining everything. So far it only affects volume 13. There is a link to J-Novel Club right under the title so, after failing with Amazon help, here I am. Can anyone help me?

        @staylo67 I finally got through to a person at Amazon that was able to resolve MY issue, but I do not know if the others having this same issue are going to be benefited. You need to get a person on the phone. Forget chat. The person you speak with must be knowledgeable. Have them look into past orders on this volume and insure it has not been ordered twice, or that there is not some other irregularity with the order. I hope my issue stays fixed. Good luck everybody. It seems like that's needed more than anything else.

            This is an issue on Amazon's side, and JNC can't resolve it. You should contact them to get the right file, which you did. The store you buy something is who you need to contact if there's an issue with your purchase; if they need anything from us, they will contact us. And if they can't help you, you should absolutely request a refund.

            Also, I would like to remind everyone that if you buy directly from our website, you get the premium bonus content, and you can also load your books onto any device you want without restriction, including your Kindle!

            Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.
