Apps for listening to your favorite J-Novel Club Books!
-
Just a quick question here. Are there any apps out there, super cheap or possibly for free, that I can use to listen to my favorite j-Novel books (or any online book) while driving or doing other work? I cannot be glued to my computer, phone, etc., scrolling and reading all of the time, but I so love to read! If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them! Also, over the course of the day, my eyes get super tired, and I am having a hard time focusing on small print. This will also help me as well. I already have a pair of prescription computer glasses, but as I am getting older, I have noticed that my eyes aren't "working" like they used too. Welcome to old age, I guess lol!

@TrinaBear if you have an epub file for the book (which you will if you bought it from J-Novel Club) then Moon+ Reader and ReadEra on Android will both read it to you with the phone's built-in text to speech engine. I'm not sure what's available on other platforms. Stuff from other ebook stores is unlikely to work (not out of the box anyway). Kindle won't allow you to read it out loud with text to speech because they want you to use their Audible service, for example.
