Timeout while downloading Looks like a Job for a Maid! (Manga) Volume 1

I'm seeing a Cloudflare Error 524 timeout error while attempting to download Looks like a Job for a Maid! The Tales of a Dismissed Supermaid (Manga) Volume 1.
The rest of the manga releases so far today have downloaded without any issues.

Could you try again? I am sure you tried a few times. I tried just now, and while it took about 30 seconds to start. I was able to download the file on Chrome and Safari.

More details, In the event someone looks into what happened.
I first tried several hours ago, I managed to download the other two released volumes fine. I attempted to download Looks like a Job for the Maid! last, and it timed out. I did try several times all with the same result. So I figured there was a temporary server-side issue and I'd try again later.
About an hour ago I saw more volumes had released and downloaded one of them just fine. So I retried Looks like a Job for the Maid!, but still encountered the same timeout. I then downloaded the rest of the volumes also without any issues. I then tried Looks like a Job for the Maid! one last time and still encountered the same timeout.
After that last timeout, I made this thread in case something server-side needed prodding. Since it was quite clearly limited in scope.
