      I had a Premier Membership for the past four years or so, but decided to try out the Reader club when you changed the tiers. Since your app doesn't show which stories are in the library or not, even after three months, I gave up on it and updated two days ago back to the new Premier Membership. You charged me an additional $3.62 on top of the $8.50 you already charged me on the 16th. So far, so good. My status shows as Premium Membership now.

      The problem is that you have not enabled the 10% discounts, as far as I can tell, but most importantly, you did not give me the 799 monthly coins. I have now paid for a service which you did not honor. I'm sure this is just a glitch. Otherwise, why charge me full price and not give me full service? However, I need your help fixing things on your end. I'd like to receive my coins for January, or you should give me a refund. Thanks.

        @Hikikostory I would double check the benefits page of the membership tiers as they might have gotten rid of the 10% off when they restructured everything. As for your missing coins, I believe they are distributed on the 15th of the month. You only used to get a "bonus" amount when signing up for premier when you first signed up for the service, which you had previously subscribed too.

        You might also try contacting support directly via email, so that they can look up your account directly.

          @Kurzaa Thanks for the reply.

          According to their announcement in the forums, I get "799 [coins] / month + 10% off" (https://forums.j-novel.club/topic/9661/important-update-new-subscription-tiers-readers-library-now-live-as-of-october-3-2025). The fact remains that they charged me for the service and didn't award the coins. If they aren't going to provide upgraded benefits until the following month, then they should have waited to charge me then.

          I can email them, but I thought this forum was official.

            @Hikikostory The forum is official but they don't generally do account troubleshooting through it.

              @Hikikostory to add to what @saffire said,
              Since troubleshooting account matters involve your personal information, J-novel club does not do it through the forum cause of the privacy and security concerns

              “There’s always a story. It’s all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything’s got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.” ― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

                @Hikikostory They don't do billing questions on the forums in case they need you to provide sensitive information in order to verify things.

                As pointed out earlier though, coins are distributed on the 15th of each month for that billing cycle, so if your billing cycle falls in the later half of the month (your post implies your billing cycle is on the 16th of the month), your billing cycle's coin distribution would actually be next month.
