I have a question and I am uncertain where to post it. If this location is inappropriate, I apologize. However, it is better to beg forgiveness than ask permission, therefore: does anyone know if J-Novel Club or another light novel publisher have public submission guidelines? If not, what kind of guidelines would people want if someone did?

@RuneKnight3 J-Novel Club don't have general submissions (primarily being a company that translate works already published in Japan), but have run 2 contests for English works before. The criteria for the 2nd contest can be found here.

@RuneKnight3 I haven't seen any English / Original Light Novels published by Yen, etc. but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
Aside from the JNC contests, all of the ELN/OLN I've seen on Amazon have been self-published for kindle.
