@Shiroi-Hane i get that tingling too on some rides. It isnt sexual, its more like that feelimg you get when you need to pee badly. Not pleasant.

@endoftheline It's fine. I would be just as interested regardless of whether or not you found Kouki's redemption story compelling. I don't feel any strong desire to have people agree with me. I'm just looking to engage more fully with stories that I enjoy. Novel perspectives are always appreciated.

That said, I'm genuinely surprised that I can't find a single other user willing to join team Kouki. I know that there are at least a few us because I've seen them on Reddit.

In fact, there's been a real dearth of Afterstory discussion in general. I guess most people limit themselves to what's been officially published. But I think discussing Kouki's stories would be a blast. It's really hard to talk about without it becoming a spoiler... but to broadly outline his situation...

In the story, they refer to auctioneers, and the context indicates but they are referring to the people bidding on the auction. Those are not Auctioneers. Auctioneers are people who are auctioning off the items.

@starkadder The after stories involve all the main characters + the other students and some extras. Each of the main characters seems to get an arc and some of the extras as well. I really liked Tio and Shia's story arcs.

Yes the after-stories are long. I was reading them for a couple weeks then had to take a break to read something else. I really want a professionally translated and published version of the after-stories If the original publisher would stop focusing on the spinoff we'd get tons of books out of the existing wn material.

When I saw Arifureta zero vol 5 hit the calendar last week I didn't see the zero part and got my hopes up that they finally published the next book in the main story, only to be disappointed with Miledi on the cover... she is so annoying.

@LegitPancake I guess they delayed volume 5 cause COVID(?) and volume 6 ended up being completed quickly and comes out soon after. Well, good news for us anyway. 😋

Breaking News! It seems that, although not required, there is something to discover in Orcus only if you've already cleared the Frost Caverns. I wonder if there are more surprises like that. Would something additional be revealed in the Sunken Ruins if they go through it again after completing the Divine Mountain?
