So I'm reading this... And it ends the story proper at the midword (with bonus chapters after)? Felt short (although, some parts did drag a bit, like Marie's explanations).
I can't tell if this series is really clever, or I'm just really tired and stupid with trying to juggle all the junk going on in the background. At the very least, there were two major Freudian slip or purposeful misspoken terms.
One I think was Marie's Embryo, who I think is named

The other thing was the scene with Bro Bear, where the dude with the chains who is his buddy starts to say they are Sup.... Er Mascots. That one was pretty on the face, so, yeah. Then Marie says he's "the Kin...". Did they appoint him King with the King's death? 🤷
There's other stuff that they just haven't fully explained and just kind of threw out there, like Dryfe's main players still remaining in the background, that Behemot creature and her master, Hugo's goals, Penguin Suit's plans, where do characters go when they die, is this a game, etc, etc.
I'm curious if romance will develop. It seemed like in volume 2, Nemisis fell for Ray. But I'll be darned if I'm not rooting for an actual player to fall for a player (Marie x Ray or Marie x Rook). I'm curious if Behemot's owner is the same one with the bad taste at the middle of volume 1 who was heard saying she found the bear costume cute. Guess we'll find out too.
