Winter 2020 - JNC holiday slowdown

Hi JNC fans and members!
With the weeks of Christmas and New Year's Day coming up, we want everyone to be aware that staff may be unavailable. We of course hope to maintain a smooth experience for everyone as much as possible. However, over the course of the next few weeks, please be patient if there are problems that do not get resolved in a timely fashion or unexpected release delays, since many people may be on vacation and/or working reduced hours.
Thank you for your understanding! We hope you have a great holiday and/or end of year!

@Argonauts Well, stuff like catchups and expires will still happen normally, this is more if issues arise, they may take longer to resolve, otherwise everything will be as clockwork as possible ;x

Ah the unexpected things might be delayed, well then back to grinding out catch-ups that I’ve probably read 1000 times. Well I’ll just buy more ebooks because that’s what the holidays are all about lol. -

More seriously, I hope the staff and contractors all have happy holidays and I'll understand if some series skip a week with the prepub releases. Maybe even two weeks, but three is right out.
