      Hi guys! Can you recommend me some of yuri light novels? I kinda like to try a pretty aggressive one but not too aggressive though, just a little. I have read these novels below so you don't have to recommend me those. Thank you very much.

      • I'm in love with the villainess

      • Girls Kingdom

      • Adachi to Shimamura

      • A Lily Blooms in Another World

      • Watashi ga Koibito ni Nareru Wakenaijan, Muri Muri! (*Muri Janakatta!?)

        @arian I see Sexiled isn't on your list, that's a good one.

            Otherside Picnic is another one to try, especially Volumes 3-4 where yuri gets stronger

            Mostly lurking these days 👀 Anything about Otherside Picnic, feel free to ask me

              Have you read the Bloom into You: Regarding Saeki Sayaka novel trilogy? I haven't read them yet myself but I've heard good things about them

              “There’s always a story. It’s all stories, really. The sun coming up every day is a story. Everything’s got a story in it. Change the story, change the world.” ― Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

                @arian There’s not much I can add to your list, but I’d second both Sexiled and Otherside Picnic. JNC has also tagged “Side-by-Side Dreamers” and “Seriously Seeking Sister! Ultimate Vampire Princess Just Wants Little Sister; Plenty of Service Will Be Provided!” as yuri, but I haven’t read them yet so I can’t comment any further.

                Beyond that, I think it depends on what you consider yuri to be and what you’re hoping to get out of it. For example:

                • “My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!” (Bakarina) has an oblivious female protagonist with multiple male and female supporting characters who love her and are romantically interested in her. So there are occasional scenes of romantic tension between two women, but the protagonist’s perpetual airheadness means things never progress beyond that.
                • “Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear” has two central female characters who have a close emotional attachment and mutual feelings of love and affection, but I’d characterize it as more of a familial than romantic love, at least as presented in the story so far. Of course, others may choose to interpret it differently.
                  (In both cases, my familiarity with the stories is only through the most recently published volume in english, so Japanese readers might have reason to contest or extend those descriptions.)

                I don’t necessarily see either title as “yuri”, but depending on what it is about yuri titles you enjoy, maybe this will help tide you over until more yuri titles are published.

                I wish I could offer you more in the vein of “I’m in Love with the Villainess”, but if we’re only speaking of light novels, anything I’m familiar with has already been mentioned.

                    I second these; I've read some of the fan-translation and both are fun yuri series

                      It's a good story, but much more like Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear or FUNA's Abilities Average than Sexiled. You can probably find a yuri subtext if you look hard, but it's low key.
