@DN-liwli9j Just saw the announcement. Mappa help made Attack on Titan Final Season, Zombie Land Saga, Inuyashiki, Kakegurui, Dorohedoro, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Chainsaw Man (right now). They have a solid track record.

Mukohda voiced by Yuma Uchida (Kyo Sohma (Fruits Basket 2019 [cat], Shinya Yukimura (Rikekoi), Miguno (Beastars), etc.). A solid pick overall.

Fel voiced by Satoshi Hino (Ainz/Momonga (Overlord), Kyojuro Rengoku (Demon Slayer), Superalloy Blackluster (One Punch Man), etc.). I'm impressed with this pick honestly.

Sui voiced by Hina Kino (Alus Ramus (Devil is a Part Timer S2), Fa (RPG Real Estate), etc.). I'm a bit disappointed with this one.

The author was busy the last 1-2 months and wasn't updating their posts on the web novel. Now we know why.

@jpwong To me it sounded like they were enslaving their poorest "losers" and selling them on the market. Money and profit is their god and goal. I would not put it past them as a cult to ingrain this philosophy into their believers. That is likely why the gods are pissed at these scam artists.

@Vine consider that MAPPA is the sole production for this series which is similar to CSM. I would say 99% this is gonna be epic. Just a little surprised that they can make it in such a short time. Well MAPPA = SPEED + QUALITY so no complain lol

Campfire Cooking Trailer is out on Mappa's Youtube channel.

Maaya Uchida is voicing Ninrir (Liliruca Arde from "Danmachi", Katerina Claes from "My Life as a Villainess", Princess Melty Melromarc from "Rising of the Shield Hero" [purple filolial lover], Kaguya from "Date a Live 2" (hyperactive, chuuni twin), Chisato [glasses] from Saiki-K, Yuki Yoshino from "Food Wars" [polar star dorm wild game chef], Guild Girl from "Goblin Slayer", Irina Shidou from "High School DxD", Also a good pick (although Sora Amimiya [OG trash goddess from Konosuba] is a dead ringer for this role but she is working on another project).

              release date: January 10
There is also a list of sponsored companies on tondemo website like AEON and LOTTE lol

Overall, the food looks awesome and goddesses are cute ig. However, I don't see dora-chan so he probably would appear in second season or the last ep of season 1.

@LegitPancake Yeah I am really glad Crunchyroll got the streaming rights. Getting stuck in Disney or Netflix jail would kill the series lol.

@Paul-Nebeling Not on Crunchyroll at least, since the JP rights holders almost never allow CR to license to SEA. Usually Muse Asia or a couple other SEA-specific licensors get anime there and stream on Youtube, Netflix, etc.

                          just watched episode one

does not disappoint- snack hound is as snack hound should be
Mukhoda is pathetic (as he should be, at this point)
curious to see what divergence there is between LN and anime - looks like actual development of MC's first party?

also art style is pretty awesome

                          I read banned books

Thanks to the power of VPN, I get to watch this amine. Very pleased with the result. Yup, the snack hound is the snack hound. We really have yet to see Mukouda at his pathetic finest. Maybe next episode.

Can't wait, although I might download the episode to avoid buffering pauses.

I was taking a break until Spy x Family comes back again but...

OMG I was checking out the plethora of Japanese reactions. There's real product placement!

The online supermarket is Aeon! They own shopping malls in Japan and around Asia.
                                Suntory bottle water.
                                Ebara's many Sauces...

We can buy the sauces and attempt to make the food Makoda makes. That's clever product placement!

Hope that means the anume gets more sponsors along the way and we'll see many seasons!

Just watched episode 3. Fun so far, but I'm waiting for Aqua Ninrir (They're both useless.) to chime in and Sui to show up. Will we get to see Dora, I wonder.

tough to know - a cour is only 12 or 13 episodes and they are not moving fast (which I don't mind) - I suspect Sui but not Dora this season

the LN has thinly veiled product placement as well - a plethora of beer/sake/whiskey brands and tasting notes (I suspect the anime will have 'super dry' beer and 'world's best whiskey' as well)

The closer we get to the last episode, the more I want to cry. I want more of this anime soooo much.

I always make my supper before watching this with friends, and eat while watching because.. Dang this show just makes you hungry! x-x

Fel's barrier, I wasn't expecting it to be so Bubble like. x3
