Looks like there is no existing "fan translation."
The publisher also published "Dahlia in Bloom" so there is at least a reasonable chance for this to be licensed by someone...

Found the Bookwalker listing for it. According to the reviews, it's axed. It only adapted 40 of 59 chapters of the web novel.
