Knight's & Magic [Licensed by J-Novel Club]
-
I would like to see this series released as well
-
Crunchy licensed manga for this series.
Anime adaptation was pretty bad.
Web Novel is cool. -
I enjoyed the Anime for this and i am currently reading the manga as it is released on crunchyroll.
Would love to read the LN for this. -
Please start translating this one

Just thought I'd point out there are currently 9 LN volumes in Japan; Vol 9's last release was in 2018. The series hasn't been cancelled, just the author doesn't update as frequently for there to be enough content for publication. (They only started updating the WN recently after a 6-month hiatus.)
The anime covered the 1st 5 novels.
Vols 6-8 is a brand new arc. -
I don't think we'll ever see this title licensed unfortunately. As mentioned in previous posts the JP publisher wants an ungodly amount of money for the license and they aren't open to negotiation(?). So far nobody's been crazy enough to pay them what they pretend.
-
I'd love to see this novel licensed too. There is many novels about "reincarnation into another world" but most of them about hero power leveling in gaming like system. Novels about giant robots is few and far between.
-
@fozzedout bumping this!! I would really love for this ln to be licensed, preferably by jnc :<<
-
This one sounds really cool. If the rumours about the asking price are true then that’s a real shame. :(
-
Since it finally
I really really want people can experience the light novel for what it is.
The anime is not bad but it rushed a lot.
-
@fozzedout i also wish to show my support for this LN series.
-
I liked the anime (cause I'm a huge mecha nerd) and would love to read th LNs.
-
I only just learned the anime was based on a light novel, and now I want to read it. Please do license it.
-
I wonder if the situation has changed with the JP publisher, and I still really want more mecha LN got localized
-
-
Just found out that the light novels (epub) are not on Amazon anymore, does anyone have info about it ?
Did someone buy the rights to the LN ? -

Did someone buy the rights to the LN ?This LN has never been licensed in English so far because the JP publisher wants an ungodly amount of money for it. If there were epubs on Amazon, it was most likely an illegal fan translation.

@Terabyte Interestingly enough the official Japanese version is no longer available to purchase on Kindle on Amazon Japan, so it's possible something happened (unless it's just account restrictions).
-
@jpwong Oh, so it was about the original JP version. I've seen some fan TLs being sold on Amazon in the past, so I figured it was about that. 😋
-
@Terabyte I guess it is region locking, I went to the page listing incognito and it's still available to buy if it thinks you have a Japanese account, so I guess the poster is referring to an illicit English TL.

I wonder if this is still the case, that was long ago, and since then a few of their novels have been licensed (e.g., Apothecary Diaries and Ideal Sponger by JNC.) Fair, none of them with anime, although Restaurant to Another World, also licensed, got two seasons.
