I actually have some of this, despite not being a fan of historical fiction, because the first volume cover was pretty. Almost certain I’ve read some of the manga at one point, before forgetting all about it.
I knew plenty of Rui Tsukiyo's works, but even I've not heard of this one before.
From an edgy revenge story, to an assassin story in another world, to funny hijinks with orcs and slimes, to dungeon building, to tales of veteran adventurers and mages, to a novel about becoming a pastry chef, among others. And now kingdom building, that's quite the repertoire...
I would have a little more hope now about this series being picked up by someone after seeing old series such as Dxd and DaL being taken by Yen Press and this series has just had a spin off staeted in the last few years so is still active. But does it have the same fan base as those two? Probably not, but it is a series with a happy end which I would love to read fully. I have the series only up to 15 in Japanese so I would be happy to fi ish the collection twice in both languages
Bump because I found out this just existed when I saw a copy of the manga. If Ledoss War isn’t continuing past the volume 7S released, I’d like to see a new “Record of X War” series.
