I like how it depicts the feelings of being a "genius" and the attempts of trying to overcome a rival who truly is someone special. I enjoyed seeing how the relationship between the female lead and the Mc developed. The depiction of the emotional struggle of the MC was one of the highlights to me.

Volume 10 comes out in a couple days in Japan. Once again proving that this series isn't dead.

You have been misinformed. The WN also fades to black at the beginning of sex scenes; only the bath scenes are present. 異世界迷宮で奴隷ハーレムを is published on the all-ages side of syosetu, not the R18 side.
