The second question is a bit too vague on what you're looking for and the example isn't very clarifying. Are you reincarnating into said world? Does the item/creature you pick have to be native to said world? Like, could I pick AI in the world of Me, A Genius even though I don't think any AI existed in said series? Or could someone pick to be a truck in Conqueror of a Dying Kingdom or a literal Land Mine in To Another World with... Land Mines?
Or are you looking for answers like an Elf in Realist Hero, or the Bath in Mixed Bathing in Another Dimension?

yes and yes
- I find Angelica's character to be delightful. She's very earnest and since she's such a musclehead- when the gap moe comes (hopefully soon) the gap will be a veritable chasm
- Stenluke's voice would be my words w/ Stenluke's pitch and timbre (which happens to match Ferdinand's) - I don't think I could pull off Ferdie's combination of ruthlessness and cluelessness and cleverness (yes I see the contradictions)

I read it as - pick a sentient object/creature (not a person) that is sentient in story- crossovers might be interesting (Stenluke in universe of Blacksmith ?) but I don't consider an Elf to be a 'creature'- but that's just my opinion
