Campfire Cooking 15 light novel is being published February 2024. Typically takes 5-6 months for translation to English depending on holidays, so hopefully j-novel will see volume 15 come out July or August 2024.
What comes next in the undiscovered dungeon after the assassin jaguar bosses?
The anime season 1 released in 2023 covered light novels 1-2, expect season 2 to come out 2025 and cover light novels 3-4.

@Innovan Season 1 of the anime only covered around 1/2 to 2/3 of Volume 2, so it's likely we'll get the rest of that, Volume 3, and maybe some of Volume 4 based off how fast they go this time.

February 25 2024 was a busy day for Ren Eguchi! He published not only volume 15 of the light novel "Scallop cold pasta × Philosopher's Stone", but also volume 10 of the manga and volume 8 of the spinoff "Sui's Great Adventure". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Campfire_Cooking_in_Another_World_with_My_Absurd_Skill
