@LightningLeaf JNC don't have an office, they're a remote company. So they always have been home.

The android app let me log on just fine though not without issue

Edit: As in, I can view all the books and prepub sections I should have access to, not just "I can log in". 🎉

pressed the button,
got email "Click here to login and reset your password"
link asks me to log in to reset password -
Home page is missing the October catch-up section below the new releases, for Windows PC - Google Chrome.

@HarmlessDave Not just there. They also can't be accessed as catchup titles at all on Brave Browser (logged in, premium membership). Including when you search ("no results" displays) or manually access them (shows rent-or-buy popup).

I have a problem, I always logged in with Google in the past but after the maintenance I can't see that option. I don't remember ever even having a password and when I used the option to reset a forgotten password it sends me an email but if I follow the link it just says "Loading authorization data...".
Does anyone know what to do?

The Google login issues are known and it's been temporarily removed. You'll need to use password recovery, but differences between Nina and plain JNC have caused issues which are currently being fixed.

@MPT password recovery is still throwing up an error. Is there a work around?

@jamesrob1989-th61gx6 according to Sam on the discord, it's just been fixed, so try again.
EDIT: Someone else who was having the issue has also confirmed it's fixed.

“Server temporarily unavailable” message when trying to log in with the iOS app.

Not sure exactly what happened but I am now logged in. I was just trying to get another password reset email sent after the first attempt failed when suddenly it said I was logged in. I didn't use any password or see the google link I was just in, as if it had synced the site to my forum session or found my old session or something.

@Phredis Catchup suddenly shows as catchup, but clicking on anything but part 1 now gives "you have no access." There's also no memory of anything read so far.

read progress will be restored over the next day or two as there are 15 million entries
And
we're doing it in reverse choronoligcal order so most recently read stuff should appear sooner
