I dug the anime out of my collection and just recently watched it and thought that a little sci-fi might not be all that bad of an addition to the mix as far as light novels go. We certainly have plenty of isekai and fantasy to keep us busy but I always do enjoy watching this series and thought that it might make a decent addition. Also while it is most certainly sci-fi it is also a good slice of life/adventure type of story. I just thought that since the anime was really good that reading the LN may be a nice change of pace. There is also a manga for this if I'm not mistaken. I would like to have both but I would really like to read the LN more than the manga.
