@Geezer-Weasalopes yes, I can read prepub I own but not anything else. I couldn’t read today’s Grieving Souls until after I preordered it.
This is on iPad chrome. I get “an error occurred “ above the rent,buy,sub options
It’s acting like my legacy premium sub doesn’t grant prepub access

I'm a legacy premium subscriber as well, but I don't seem to have that issue.

I just checked my user info and my sub shows as active and renewing on 9-21-26

On my end you are showing as having a legacy premium sub and it is still active.
I took it off your account and put it back on just now.
Try to read something on prepub now that you do not own. If that does not work. I will forward to IT

That is good!
Still not good that it happened - whatever it was.
I just hope we don;t get every legacy premium individual emailing about the same issue.
