Report Website Bugs Here!
-
@WERELITE We are trying to figure out what's going on. It seems to be rare, but we've gotten 3 reports in the past week or so of similar phenomena.
-
Not sure if this is a bug, but certainly unexpected behavior on the website when browsing the series list (have seen on both Safari mobile browser and Opera on my mac when logged in - tested some other browsers as well):
Series that are publishing, but were on hiatus for a while like Otherside Picnic are still show up if I pick the hiatus filter. I have also seen some that are probably in hiatus (no Japanese volume in over a year even if their Narou page has plenty more for example), but still listed as current.
Granted, I’m sure it can be hard to tell and a publisher may say something different than what is findable online - so more unexpected behavior than a bug.
-
@Spacebssn Ah yeah, that's something we have to manually set, so we're just behind on keeping statuses updated.
-
@myskaros Thanks for explaining and I'll just double check via searching the web for now :)

Web reader's font selector is broken on Chrome 114. Clicking on it shows a pull-down that instantly disappears. This happens even with all extensions disabled.
Worse, sometimes it will start randomly working again for no apparent reason.
This happens on Chrome 114. It does not seem to happen on Firefox 114, even with a bunch of addons running. I wonder if Chrome broke something in the latest update?

I noticed the calendar doesn't automatically update anymore when parts are added/edited/removed. I need to manually refresh the page.
Looking at Chrome's console this is what I found:
framework-7dc87f959d860484.js:33 [Violation] 'message' handler took 172ms framework-7dc87f959d860484.js:33 [Violation] 'message' handler took 285ms framework-7dc87f959d860484.js:33 [Violation] 'message' handler took 206ms framework-7dc87f959d860484.js:33 [Violation] 'message' handler took 198ms [...]

The Calendar is not showing the 1st of July, it did on the actual 1st of July but not since then regardless of whether it is showing or hiding older entries
Thanks

I don't know if this belongs here but when I was browsing my library on my profile to see what I could buy for a book I came across this:
-
@ondra3985 I believe that is due to volume 4 being a two-part volume (called "Acts" in this case).
-
@TomOrr0W Thanks for the information, I hadn't thought of that at all.
-
@ondra3985 we should still probaly fix that though so it adds in the "act". Thanks!

For the past week, I can not access any content through the website. Clicking on a part of a light novel, i get the blue "end of content" page and nothing else.
Windows 10, every browser I've tried (Firefox, Brave, Chrome).

@faydnation please email support@ so we can attempt to figure out what's going on. Considering we haven't had any other reports, it's likely something with your computer, maybe an antivirus or firewall blocking something.

Heya,
When I open a book that I already purchased, I found empty No content, just a note says "End of <the book title> Part <the part>" and then back and next button. What happened? -
@kiki_deimos

@Mdick99 And now it's the 1st of August and that page is not visible. This happens every month, can someone at least reply?

@Mdick99 We are aware and working on a solution, but we don't have an ETA.

About a week or so ago (?), a [1] notification appeared over my Chats word balloon. Chats has been defunct for 2 years (as all the Chats say). I've clicked on all of the Chats but the [1] does not go away. Obviously this is just a very minor annoyance, but...
