Hachinan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou!

The begining and the political part were good but latter volumes aren't as interesting and the vilain tend to be really cliché, but it may have been fix in the LN so why not.

This is getting an anime, source; https://natalie.mu/comic/news/312138

I vaguely recall this was one of the 'rare' isekai titles that I just didn't 'get.'
Well, I'll still give it a vote. -
Cover for vol.19 releasing March 25th(Anime broadcasting April 2nd)
-
This was the one Crunchyroll got the anime for, right? The trailers made it look incredibly boring and generic. Dang 19 volumes is a lot. I swear isekai LNs never know when to end...

I checked out the WN after the anime was announced and loved it, would definitely support an official licence. I thought it was kinda like smartphone except the protagonist isn't completely overpowered and more down-to-earth.

@CaramelWithoutTheSalt
Different people like different things. Not everyone thinks the way you do, and not everyone thinks the way I do. I really like this series, it is very fluffy. I think the anime could be great so long as they don't flub it up like they did with other similar series I liked a whole lot like Smartphone.Arifureta apparently did well enough they are doing a second season and I thought the anime was horrible.

@caramelwithoutthesalt said in Hachinan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou!:
However, the reasons are irrelevant to the thread.
Uh, you're the one who brought it up. "I don't know why this got an anime." He's coming up with reasons.

Isn't Media Factory a Kadokawa company? So wouldn't it be hard to get it licensed thru J-Novel?
I could of sworn Yen Press had Kadokawa locked down. Would love to get it form here though. -
@mercotaku Actually according to the list, Yen Press hasn’t licensed from the label of MF Books, only Seven Seas and One Peace Books have, but Yen Press has licensed from other labels at Media Factory (indeed a Kadokawa subsidiary). JNC has never licensed a brand new LN or one with an upcoming or ongoing anime from Kado, as JNC doesn’t print everything and there’s at least a 6 month gap in between ebooks and paperbacks.

Came here to check to ensure this was suggested. Started with the anime and went over to the web novel. Would love if they picked this up! Another vote.

It reached vol.19 in Japan , I've been reading the fan translation of the web-novel up to about vol.9 but the translation-quality is so-so , still very interesting novel.
I'd definitely buy it from kindleStore if it were available. Hope to see it soon licensed in english. -
just watched the first 2 episodes of the Anime, not great, but not bad. A couple of interesting/different (at least to me) angles. The "magical mentor"
and unlike than other isekai
there are hints of the protagonist being OP in the future (and possibly having a harem?) but also that he uses his powers in pragmatic ways to do work
s0 if it got licensed as a LN, I'd give it a try

I've read a good bit of the manga, but personally I'd love to try the light novel version. The is great and I'm sure the novel would show more light on the little things. Awesome series, this definitely had my vote.

If its possible, I'd read the LN of it.
