Synopsis:
Popular for being filled with bugs, the virtual-reality game New Communicate Online (a.k.a. Nekomimi Neko Offline). A die-hard fan of the game, Sagara Souma, is sent to the game world from the power of a mysterious device. Though surprised by the sudden turn of events, Souma conveniently knows the laws of the world. Mastering every bug, using the game's logic against it, he is soon known as "Maverick Swordsman Souma."
Why:
This is an absurd hilarious as fuck series. If anyone likes KonoSuba, I'm sure they'd like Sekai Game. When Souma the protagonist is transported to a world based off his favorite shitty buggy game, he now has to try and clear it while avoiding instant death bugs, and other unfair developments. The bugs that were exploited in the game are once again exploitable here while at the same time, the blend of reality and game creates this absurd world where it's normal to hear glass crashing after a couple seconds of it actually hitting the floor. The protagonist uses all of his gamer knowledge to exploit various combat techniques and training methods to try and survive a world where random boss-class monsters could wander into low-level fields.
I've only ever been able to read one volume, but it was absolutely great and I think the series would suit J-Novel Club well and give more comedy series to people that like KonoSuba.
-
Sounds like an interesting series, and I like the cover too. Not to mention the comedy. You've got a vote!
-
I really want this one, Exploiting bugs in an Isekai Based off of a Game is just a great idea!
-
Absurd comedy tag, "like Konosuba" mentioned, talk of quirky bugs like the sound coming in late etc.. Totally sold!
-
Imagine an Elder Scrolls game being released in alpha, the difficulty of Dark Souls and the sadism of old school Sierra adventure games, and you've got this game.
-
This one looks really fun. I love Konosuba and as a gamer who loves breaking shitty games like Sonic '06 the concept being applied to an Isekai just seams hilarious.
-
I had a look at the scanlated manga yesterday, as I thought after reading about it above it is indeed interesting :)
-
This looks to be a really fun one, I’d love to see it licensed. Followed the link and was happy to see it is 9 volumes and ongoing and all the volumes have these great colorful covers.
-
I'd love to see this licensed now that Enterbrain is a possibility. We'll need another comedy once Me, a Genius? comes to an end soon.
-
I'm only for it because it has Train-chan.

Just read first volume and it was great, i would totaly buy something like that. Good game-isekai without op MC and Harem are too rare.
-
@aruseus493 I would love to see this get pick up.
-
Looks fun, but dang according to LNDB, each volume is 400-500+ pages, making them even longer than Bookworm and Arifureta O.o
-
Lots of wacky fun. Please look into picking this one up!
-
Volume 9 is apparently the last volume in the series. Would like to bump this to remind people of this wonderful series' existence.
-
Sounds Hilarious this one would fit with JNC or SS
-
The manga started getting fan-scanlated again so I thought I'd poke about how I want this series again. KonoSuba has completed too so people probably want more absurd comedies like it.
-
Considering JNC's been licensing completed series recently plus Enterbrain stuff, this would be a good pick to hit the same crowd as KonoSuba.

This is a really funny read. +1
-
It's a very funny read. I hope it gets picked up.
