(Being reincarnated into) This Otome game world is damn tough for a male mob character (LN)
-
@fuzion I just checked and it doesn't list an English publisher.
-
I read through some of the fan translated manga and I am definitely intrigued by the premise. I'd definitely support it if it gets picked up as well.

This is pretty good stuff, an enjoyable read thus far. Likeable main characters and interesting situations. Of course, despite supposedly being a mob character originally, he becomes OP pretty quickly, but I guess that's to be expected.
Either way, it's got my upvote.
One thing to note is that I get the feeling that this has the potential to also get an anime adaptation down the line eventually, which could be pretty good indirect advertisement for the light novel, if by the time the anime is around the JNC translation already has 2-3 volumes out (there are currently 4 volumes released in Japan, with the 5th coming out in January). -
I've read the chapters of the manga currently fan translated and I've enjoyed this one for sure. Again though if I remember correctly the last time the publisher, micro was mentioned it wouldn't license for digital only, had to come with physical. Though I'm 100% positive this would be popular purely based on the story and aesthetic looks of the art(the waifus which are all top tier)

I would 100% read this

I don't know if J Novel can get licensed this light novel. Micro Magazine want released in physicals not only by digital.
At this rate, I hope Yen Press or Seven Seas got it. (But their translation too slow) -
@avocat Seven Seas is actually pretty fast for their digital releases. 2-3 month release schedule. They're actually faster than JNC for some of their series.
They just release the physical versions later.

@village-idiot thank for your information.
But I think Yen Press have more chance to get the licensed. Kadokawa is the manga publisher for this series . (Kadokawa owned 51% Yen Press) -
This is among my most favorite WN/LN, it has it all. Sensible harem elements that are not overdone, girls actually having reasons for falling for the MC, sword and sorcery world with a hidden sci-fi background, mystery elements, protagonists who hide their strength, traditional school setting with some extreme twists, mecha, wars, airships, bike racing, silver-tongued MC, and generally convention-breaking shenanigans. So I'm really hoping it gets picked up soon by some publisher (hopefully JNC).
Despite ostensibly being about otome games, it's a work targeted at men though (lol). But maybe girls would enjoy Marie's antics too?

Licensed by Seven Seas.
