      Genres:

      • Fantasy
      • Ecchi
      • Comedy

      Synopsis:

Does a two-bedroom apartment in the Tokyo metropolitan area with a rent of 30,000 yen sound too good to be true? Our hero certainly didn't read the fine print. After renting his dream apartment, Tooru quickly realized that the front door of his new home connects to a dungeon. But it isn't all that bad - after he saves a young knight, he quickly learns that his home can also be a rest stop for adventurers.

      Why:

This is a silly Isekai series where the protagonist rents and apartment which connects to another world's dungeon. It's a silly ecchi series as the protagonist pretends to be some grand sage to the Knight Heroine he rescues after finding her incapacitated. I'm always interested in Portal Fantasy series where the protagonist can go back and forth between his world and a fantasy world. Overall, from the first manga adaptation chapters, it seems like an interesting fun series. Would like for it to get licensed.

Heck Yeah! I started reading the fan-translation but I got caught up on it. I read all the way up to the Slime part. You got my up-vote!

More comedy is always welcome! I read the manga a few weeks ago and it was interesting. So the LN is surely better lol

Seven Seas has licensed the manga adaptation for this.

Whoever said nothing's impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

I wonder what happened with the LN. 3 volumes out in 2017 and then nothing.

@terabyte Best bet is either silently cancelled, or the author just stopped wring for it. If the manga was licensed though, I wonder what the chances are that the LN may come back.

After looking into it the WN's last update was on 2018/12/17. Looks like the author took a ~6 months break at the start of 2018, and he barely posted 19 chapters in the entire year. In total there are only 145 chapters, quite a low count, and they are rather short, too. Most likely it crams around 40~50 chapters per volume like Campire Cooking.

Based on the above I'd say there is not enough content for a new volume yet.

Not sure what's going to happen with this one. Is it going to be a rare one where the manga actually ends up with more story than the light novels?
Hopefully the novels themselves can be continued until an appropriate conclusion is reached. I'd be interested in reading them if that's the case.
