These are next to 'Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter' my absolute favorite 'villainess noble girl' novels. They are both really great and absolutely worth reading and I totally hope they will get picked up! (While you read the second novel you really get the urge to begin sewing and create dolls too.)
Name: The Reincarnated Princess Strikes Down Flags Today as Well

Wait, what? I’m the Heroine’s love rival? You’re kidding! I have no intention of falling in love with any of those pathetic guys, because the one I like is a support character, the Commander of the Royal Knights.Except the Heroine, after being reincarnated in this shitty game where the support characters are way better than the love interests, is threatening to bring down my own life with flags, and I am determined to strike them down.
Name: I Decided to Not Compete and Quietly Create Dolls Instead
Hariawazu ni otonashiku ningyo o tsukuru koto ni shimashita
張り合わずにおとなしく人形を作ることにしました
Author: Tohno Konoe
Artist: Mikuni Kohma
Original Publisher: Frontier Works
Genre: Fantasy, Harem, Romance, Shoujo, Slice of Life
Year: 2013
Volumes: 3 (Ongoing)
Manga Adaption: No
Synopsis: Apparently, this looks like the fantasy world from the Otome game that I used to play in my previous life. “Me”, Altrea, is the lively rival character who challenged the heroine again and again until she/I received painful backlashes. Like only chasing to have the engagement canceled in the Magic Academy, even breaking and taking over the Duke’s house. For all these eventful stuff, please just give me a break! Or should I say the heart of the game’s heroine is too scarily impregnable! Living differently with the game’s knowledge? Dating the love interests in real life is super troublesome, so I refuse!
And so my main priority is to definitely not get involved. I will absolutely not go to that academy. I will go to a different country. Living as a Magic Doll Master in a new land is the best way to live. Eh- The Mystic-eyed Doll Princess? Queen Mage of the Netherworld? Even though I seriously tried my best, I have changed class into the last boss. Why !? Wait for a second, It’s a misunderstanding, Stop, forgive me-. -
@silvercat422 I've never been into the villainess trope, but the second one sounds too damn good to pass up XD I hope someone picks that one up.

This is the absolutely BEST 'Monster Reincarnation' novel series I've ever read! I think everyone who've read the translation of the web novel version agrees to it. Please, someone pick this up!

Synopsis: Amamiya Hiroto is unlucky. His life consisted of misfortune after misfortune, culminating in an unlucky death during an incident on a school boat trip, trying to save a girl he barely knew. After death, he met a god of reincarnation who requested that the hundred or so dead passengers—one of them being the girl he tried in vain to save—be reincarnated into another world.
Yet a series of unfortunate events forced Hiroto to reincarnate with even less luck than before, starting with nothing but a tremendous amount of Mana. His second life, far worse than his first, came to a cruel end. However, upon meeting the god a second time, he was informed that there would be yet another reincarnation—one that had already been set in motion and could not be stopped. Not wanting Hiroto to live long, the god cursed him before he was reborn in the hopes that he would either die quickly or commit suicide.
Hiroto was reborn once more as a half-Vampire, half-Dark Elf. A Dhampir. Not wanting a fourth life, he is determined to live this third life with the only things remaining from his previous lives—death-attribute magic and his enormous Mana pool.

Did you know that the sound euphonium novels (the originals) were actually not light novels, but normal good old fashioned novel novels?
It means that they were published by a publisher that doesn't publish any other things like we have... It's something I'd love to go after if I have the time.
The spinoffs are normal light novels and they are on my radar too. First step, show those publishers we mean business! Also thanks for proving our forum actually works.
The publisher also have other LN labels, despite Sound Euphonium is not published in one of them.

Is there any interest in picking up <I, the Demon Lord, Took a Slave Elf as My Wife, but How Do I Love Her?> It is also published by Hobby Japan and it looks like it would be heartwarming romance story.
-
@oristo42 OMG I've been reading that too! I absolutely love it, it's so adorable. Not isekai, not harem, pure fantasy and MC is faithful to the main girl. My only complaint
Other than that, it's very heartwarming, and I am waiting VERY impatiently for Mountain of Pigeons to continue translating the second volume. I also bought the first volume on Bookwalker haha. I REALLY want J-Novel to get it :) -
Recommendations:
- Eiyuu Kyoushitsu (Classroom for Heroes)
- Chihou Kishi Hans no Junan (The Misfortunes of Local Knight Hans)
- Hon Issatsu de Kototariru Isekai Rurō Monogatari (The Different World Exile Story Where One Book is Enough)
- Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi (Regarding the Display of the Outrageous Skill Which Had Bullshit Power)
- Yobidasareta Satsurikusha (Summoned Slaughterer)
-
I recommend The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, myself. I loved the anime and would really like to see the crazy historical AU stuff.
-
Risou no Himo Seikatsu aka The Ideal Sponger Life
This novel is really good.
I hope JNC will License this. -
@saurabh112 I seconded this...

I got these Kodansha series from Bookwalker since my coins were expiring. A lot of these are single volume works.
Serious system Kudzu, Kuzu who is seriously doing kudzu # Kusuzu
https://bookwalker.jp/de5eade7ce-fc95-4d6f-87a8-c0b85e5fa051/?acode=WpfPW3yk
Unlucky Fungus Girl (People around her get into accidents because of a curse?)
https://bookwalker.jp/deeb418407-e2d3-4f57-b8d8-9eaca7d3392f/?acode=WpfPW3yk
My Childhood Friend Was Abducted By An Alien
https://bookwalker.jp/debf448352-3b73-4c24-8a7b-cbe5acad9434/?acode=WpfPW3yk
Akiba Tarian a thousand dead, summer, the end (Zombies)
https://bookwalker.jp/deaa45df2d-3d34-4407-996b-0a21c007dfc7/?acode=WpfPW3yk
... I'm never going to find time to read these all with machine translation. I really ought to learn Japanese.
Of these, the fungus girl one and zombie one seem the most up my alley (and most complete I'm guessing?). The alien one looks cute, but probably incomplete? The Kudzu system one I got just because one of the leads looks not so typical. I would like more leads who look different, and I think she is a Gal, so that intrigues me.

Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta...
Chapter 7 of the manga adaptation came out and I re-read all currently released chapters of the manga. This series is just too good. Protagonist is too cute and I want to give her a big hug. Reminds me a bit of WataFuta as Fie is also a tomboy that's too cute. Part of the charm of Destruction Flag Otome is how the protagonist is a dense female harem protagonist. It's surprisingly fun to see a reverse-harem that's a lot like the bad harem cliche series where everyone is competing and the protagonist is none-the-wiser. The way Katarina is so kind and naturally seducing of literally everyone is just hilarious. Her little genki attitude on top of it all really just makes me want to give her a big hug. So yea, I'd love if the LN would get licensed.

Some people suspected Cross Inf World was getting this, but nope, it was another one of those "villainess" novels. I like the look of the character though. =]
I gotta be honest though, I'm not a huge fan of Walking My Second Path In Life's structure. A lot of volume 1 felt like filler short stories to me. I understand they're introducing characters, and giving each of them their own focus chapters, but maybe they introduced too many at once. So I'm hoping a future female focused novel has a more flowing narrative structure than that.
-
Should totally check out the manga adaptation. Katarina is so damn cute with her little "villainess" face. Otherwise, has Cross Infinite World licensed any actual Light Novels? I thought they only went straight for Web Novels.

Maybe I just haven't been introduced to another series like what I'm about to describe, but what I really like about this series is that the reverse-harem/dense-protag isn't a contrivance made for the sake of fan service, the author set up the story so that it occurs naturally within the confines of the setting. It's not like other girls don't exist in the story, there's just a compelling, and, most importantly, believable reason for Katarina to get all the attention.
Compare to male harem stories like say Strawberry 100% or to-LOVE-ru, it feels like a lot of work has to be done to either keep the girls attracted to the male lead, or other male characters are deliberately just worse or bland. Maybe I'm biased because I enjoy Destruction Flags so much, but I just feel like she's really "earned" her harem, however unwittingly, so it makes it that much more enjoyable.
