@bloodygaikotsu I also want this one to be Licensed.

I really want Seishun Buta Yarou Series to be Licensed by JNC.
I read its manga since it was Translated/Scanlated and loved it till i read.This series just got an announcement for an Anime Adaption as well so it might (will) be popular when the anime airs (i.e., Fall 2018)
Snopsis
“Hey, shall we kiss?”
She who was teasing me with these seductive words temporarily disappeared before my eyes.
There could not be a bunny girl inhabiting a library. Azusagawa Sakuta faced a scene that toppled common sense—he encountered a bunny girl, and she is nowhere a normal bunny girl. She is Sakurajima Mai senpai, a student studying at the same school as Sakuta and a retired yet renowned actress. It was said that starting from a few days ago, those around her could no longer see her anymore, and she came to the library just to confirm this. Is this related to the hit topic on the internet, the unimaginable phenomenon known as “the puberty syndrome”? Sakuta, wanting to know the reasons behind and get closer to Mai, decided to solve the puzzle. However, the situation then developed in an unexpected way—?
In the city surrounded by the skies and the seas, the romance story of I and she began.
The brand new romantic comedy presented by the Sakurasou combo.This author & Illustrator is same as The Pet Girl of Sakurasou
Which is also a great LN series.

@bloodygaikotsu I love Tomihiko Morimi's novels. The Tatami Galaxy already has a really great fan-translation.
-
My guess is Yen Press will license Seishun Buta soon if they already haven't.

This might be requested before by someone else
But anywaysI would like Jaku-chara Tomozaki-kun aka The Low Tier Character "Tomozaki-kun" to be Licensed by JNC
Yeah, I've requested this and seen at least one or two other mentions, so it isn't neglected. I like the idea of seeing the world as a "game", whether for good or bad reasons. =]

@saurabh112
I loved Sakurasou anime and would love to see Sakurasou and this licensed.
I haven't watched Just Because just yet tho.
(Do you know I'd there's novelization of it?)BTW, saw the anime announcement (and even made post on it on my ani-page)
There's another announcement on Dengeki which is more interesting tho.
Boogiepop anime, I hope this will encourage Seven seas to release more of it (or was it all planned? Their LN comeback is a few months before Boogiepop anime announcement) -
@hakomari
Well, existence of fan translation is irrelevant to suggesting novels to be licensed, anyways.

Seen Justus R. Stone's new "Top 10 Light Novels in Japan"?
Izakaya Bottakuri seems interesting~
Publisher: AlphaPolis Bunko (AlphaPolis)
& Kusuriya no Hitorigoto
Publisher: Hero Bunko (Shufunotomosha)

-
@hakomari I also think the same since its from Dengenki

Like Justus was saying, it'd be great to see these mystery titles make it stateside, but the market has been dictating that we eat up Isekai more than those. I got Yume Nikki and I'll be reading Ao-Oni, so I'm trying to show my support for mystery (those have a bit of horror too), which I guess is all you can do.
I'll always bang the drum for Sakurako-san.
-
I would like to recommend Record of Grancrest War by Ryo Mizuno. This popular Light Novel series is additionally being released as an Anime, Manga, and PS4 video game.

That's what I want to understand.
I am not from the States or even Canada, so I dunnno the mainstream LN tastes there but I keep finding it weird that companies think the market prefers fantasy and isekai in the same ratio they are licensing their novels. (Aside from the fact that I ain't that into fantasy and isekai stuff if you haven't noticed from my previous suggestions)ᵇᵘᵗ ᵗʰᵉⁿ ᴵ ˡᵒᵒᵏ ᵃᵗ ⁿᵒᵛᵉˡᵘᵖᵈᵃᵗᵉˢ' ʳᵃⁿᵏᶦⁿᵍ ᵃⁿᵈ ᵗʰᵉʸ ᵃʳᵉ ᵐᵒˢᵗˡʸ ᴵˢᵉᵏᵃᶦ ᵃᵗ ᵗʰᵉ ᵗᵒᵖ

It's not really that weird, the vast majority of suggestions for light novel licenses are fantasy/isekai. I can maybe name a few mystery LNs off the top of my head, but almost every fantasy/isekai that I see being discussed on JNC or /r/LightNovels I've heard of and vaguely know something about.
It also doesn't help that fantasy/isekai is usually something flashier and visually attractive, so it's easier to get anime made, plus more people are generally interested in seeing them get animated.
-
@myskaros
For me, it's the other way around, I can name mystery, romcom, psychology and drama titles way easier.
& I think the old novel market (before it collapses) wasn't full with fantasy back then.... -
And there's the fact that the companies that JNC deals with doesn't have that many big non-fantasy titles as well.
-
Anyways, I ain't really denying fantasy popularity but I still don't seeing it popular enough to overshadow every and each single genre out there~
-
I enjoy isekai well enough. I'd support more titles that weren't isekai, looking at my J-Novel Club stuff, if they did something I'd be interested in. Sadly, Oni and the other horror title aren't really my thing. A good mystery'd be fun, though. :)
-
For a mystery series, this might be more in Vertical's wheelhouse, but I'd really like to see the Okitegami Kyouko series come over. The manga adaptation was very enjoyable.
https://j-novel.club/forum-link-removed
Okitegami Kyouko is a horrifically astute detective who promises to solve all cases in one day. However, there is actually a reason for this; whenever Kyouko sleeps, she forgets everything that happened since she last slept, so she has no other choice! Despite this weakness, Kyouko still uses it to her advantage, leaving herself notes and purposefully forgetting in order to approach cases with a clear head. As she solves more and more cases, her colleagues start to wonder: how did she become this way, and why does she still insist on doing detective work given her unique situation?

Sakurako-san? (Plz plz)
I still hope they give us one horror / mystery a year. Just nice to have those to diversify the lineup (but of course, they need to sell; I hope they don't give up on that genre at the response to the two novelizations).
And of course... I still want the White Album 2 novelization, which again is tough to argue for with the response to the other novelizations. T.T

@myskaros
I think I said this before, I WANT EVERY AND EACH NisiOisiN WORK!
From Zaregoto's spin-offs through Sekai series and Katanagatari up till Boukyaku Tantei Series and Bishounen series. (Even weird things like Lipogra!)
