I suspect Gagaga is paranoid about piracy. They won't make their money from copies torrented on the high seas, and that will dilute the value of printed works (I've heard it before: "who's going to pay for a book, if they can download it for free?") - I think reality is catching up (and the market is evolving) as you said Digital is the inevitable future, the majority of fandon is willing to pay for what they see value in!

@DracO-S-01-0 yes, Gagaga is one of those companies that seems to require physical, so a digital only license like JNC tends to go for first seems unlikely to happen.

@Char663 22 if you include the short stories volume 4.5 (which in turn was comprised of a selection of the stories in the 3 Ex volumes which were released with the anime)
It's also finished. But then it has finished three times now so that doesn't mean anything.
