Hshs Sasero!! (Because She Is a Little Girl, I Am Excited Sexually)
-
Summary: Intellectual and cool, Tsuji Motochika is popular with the girls in class - but really, he's a lolicon with a head full of perverted thoughts. When he meets Tanabe Yuna, he is convinced he has found his ideal loli, until he learns she is actually his senpai.I'd describe this as Toradora but everyone is an absolute pervert in some way or another. Overall it's a pretty good parody of lolicon and the like as well as other fanservice and harem tropes. Most of the characters are an extreme example of some archetpe. There is a crazy lesbian stalker, a gravedigger loli, a childhood friend who seamingly gets off on being ignored, and the list goes on. Great and funy little series overall and I'd love to see it licensed

I can’t imagine a publisher wanting the risks involved with publishing this.

@the-green-death I mean, the title is worrying but it can always be given a less provocative English title like how the word "Slave" is removed from a bunch of other licenses. Content wise it really desoesn't do anything too bad in it even if it does go off the rails a ton

@neerro Normally, the titles are decided by the original publisher rather than the licensed publisher. In this case, it looks like it's pretty obvious what they decided to go with. I couldn't find any images different from the cover listed (aside from other volume covers) and all of them had the same English "subtitle" somewhere on the cover. Given that, I'm pretty sure that ASCII has already decided on the title they want.
As for the actual Japanese title, it's a lot more tame. HS HS is intended to be (in romaji for non-speakers) "hasu hasu" and is onomatopoeia for the sound of sniffing. Sasero in this context is allow. The actual title translated would be "let me sniff you".
Still a bit odd, but would be more acceptable. The issue would be getting the IP holder to allow removing the subtitle in order to make it more acceptable to a mass market.

When I saw the title I was all "hell no", then the description had me "hell yes". Played straight would be eww but taking the piss is my kinda thing
