Why
It's a pixiv comic that has gotten some attention in the community lately. Pretty much Kaoru is forced to crossdress a lot in public while Nanami is super shy about spending her time with a boy. The two are borderline dating in the series and it's super cute and funny.

Yes, Niichi publishes it on pixiv, but it's also picked up by Kadokawa's KITORA magazine, so you don't have to go the harder route necessarily...

Also, I have to vouch for this one. I follow this and it's genuinely funny, although the release schedule is a bit slow as it was originally done as doujinshi for comiket, with a few extras released every now and then.
I'm also a subscriber on Niichi's Fanbox and the rest of his stuff is good too. -

Edit 2; Looking at the image more closely, is the official English title chosen by the author/publisher 'Sometimes Reality Lies Too", or just the undertitle for this volume? -
@korppi I generally avoid perpetuating fan-translated titles considering how often the official localization is different and the SEO ends up fucked with people never even realizing it's been licensed because they only search for the fan-translated titles.
