"Rishé! I'm breaking off my engagement to you!
"Yes, I understand."
"Eh?"The life of Rishe, a duke's daughter who loses her life at the age of 20 and then loops back to the moment of breaking off her engagement, is in the seventh iteration.
In her past lives, she's enjoyed living as a merchant, a pharmacist, and a knight, but this time, she wants to live long and laze around! As she's about to set out and run away, she bumps into an incredibly beautiful man.
The man is Crown Prince Arnolt, the man who would cause the war a few years later and was the reason for Rishe's death!
And then he asks for her hand in marriage, perhaps taking a liking to the way she had acted in her life as a knight...?
In order to figure out Arnolt, the cause of her own death, Rishe agrees to the marriage proposal.
The story is about a young girl named Rishe, who, in spite of her determination to laze around, attracts attention when she uses her experience from her past lives. Will she be able to survive her seventh life? Why license this?
This one was only recently published in Japan, but the webnovel got to 3 arcs already, despite only starting in February 2020. I've only read a little, but it seems promising. It opened with a funny take on the engagement breaking trope, with a girl who's "yeah whatever let's get it over with so I can pack up my luggage", which is kind of fourth-wall breaking if you're a longtime reader of the villainess genre. What interests me is that the MC is a go-getter who has lived her life to the fullest each time, and is now using the skills she acquired from her past life jobs. The war is a recurring theme in her past lives, so when she encountered the person who'd be responsible for it, she decided to accept his proposal, thinking "I may not have another opportunity like this again, besides I haven't visited his country yet". Please consider licensing this lively, take-charge MC's story! -
This sounds really fun. I want to read it.
-
Yeah this one seems my flavor. Snarky protag. I'm down.
Edit: I read the 2 manga chapters that are available <on that one website> and gotta say... this is pretty great.

This sounds like it would be fun and funny.

Cover of volume 2 announced today and it's pretty. Prince got some spiffy goggles, too. -
I can always use more reincarnated villainesses.
-
Yes please! Please license! I think this series will be really funny! Especially with the opening!
-
Pretty art and the story sounds interesting too, upvote!

It sounds really interesting, I would love to read it!
-
This series is really good. I’d love to support it!

I like the twist that she is not a person from "real world" being isekai-ed into a "game world", but instead just a noblewoman going through a kind of extended Groundhog day scenario
-
You got my vote. 😆 Been reading the manga and wn, it's good so far.

I'm kind of caught up with MTLing the WN (100 chapters now) and it makes me want it more. The ML is more angsty than my first impression but not too much that it's annoying. Instead, it gives him a certain appeal when it comes to slowly peeling his layers together with the MC. Simply put it's a shojo through and through. It still has light moments and the kind of banter found in early chapters, too.

Volume 3 cover, release schedule on 25 Jun 2021
https://over-lap.co.jp/Form/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?shop=0&pid=9784865549447&vid=&cat=NVL&swrd=This volume relates to Rishe's 4th life as a maid. The purple haired girl is the little lady she served, and the brown haired boy is someone she knew in her 7th life as a knight but also connected to the little lady's family. We learn about Arnold's complicated (but when is he not) relationship with the religious institution.

So Bakarina meets groundhogs day? How many cycles will it take for her to rob the bank? It took Bill Murray quite a few loops to rob the armored car.

I am just reading this. First volume was really enjoyable heroine is resourceful and smart. While the main male protagonist is capable but surrounded by darkness.
@mortcs couldnt be more different than Katarina; Lishce the MC is strong and smart.

I would love it if they release the physical manga to this so that way I can buy it and add it to my collection
