My Thoughts
I really like this series. The manga was funny and sweet as it follows the daily life of Dias, his soon to be Oni wife and two adoptive daughters.

Given the way that you wrote this, plus the cover art in the post, I have concluded that his adopted daughters are the two sheep pictured. ;)

I recommend it to those who are looking for something fluffy, comfy and looking for likeable characters. There's barely any drama which I view as a good thing as Dias just destroys any threat with the swing of his very large axe.

It does sound potentially interesting.

Generally they keep them open until an official announcement is made by whoever did get the license.
Then they can provide that information at the same time as locking the topic.
