Fruit of Evolution 6 was released on schedule, and with another good translation. 7 is currently scheduled for the end of November.
Edit: I binged it, and as usually there are some fun new ways in which the world torments Seichi by handing him ridiculously overpowered new skills.

Fruit 7 is out right on schedule.
Hanashi is still planning to fix Another World 3-4 but they are a small company and have to prioritize keeping new volumes of Fruit and AWS releasing at the roughly 2 month between volumes rate with a one-off now and then (Blue Moon, Half Spirit).
They had a want ad in their discord for adding staff so they might be trying to add team(s) for new licenses as well as fixing AWS.

Hello @everyone, I'm Nahu, Project Manager of Hanashi Media.
I'm here to inform you that, as some of you might have noticed already, Another World Survival volume 7 has been delayed until January 15th. Reason being, some personal issues and family commitments of part of our staff. We're really sorry about this.
On the other hand, next month we will come back strong: Another World Survival 7, The Fruit of Evolution 8, and our two brand new series, My Pet is a Saintess and The Dark Guildmaster's Smile Would Fit Best.

Another World 7 was released earlier this month. Fruit 8 and volume 1 of The Dark Guild Master's smile would fit best were released last night.
My Pet is a Saintess - Volume 1 will be out in a couple of weeks.
They say in the Discord that the updated translations for Another World 3-4 will be finished sometime next month. At that point it should finally be OK to binge the series. Right now 3-4 are pretty bad - my wild guess is the new translator they hired for 3-4 either used Google Translate or is a Japanese speaker with poor English skills.

Yep, they've been setting themselves a brutal pace on releases, with only 2 months between volumes for Fruit and Another World, my guess is without giving themselves any margin for life to get in the way. They've had 3 or 4 delays of a couple of weeks so far, but over 19 volumes.

@HarmlessDave overall they are pretty good I believe one of their policies is stuff they had to remove such as illustrations i.e Amazon and other sites you can get from their site

You should post about this (politely) in their discord, they do reply there and I'm curious to hear their response.
They've been upfront about the Another World problems instead of trying to sweep it under the rug.

The response boils down to "No, we didn't remove anything" and the question as to whether the folks on Reddit saying they had were comparing the translated LN to the WN...and not grasping that WN and LN can differ. -

Hanashi has kept rolling along, steadily putting out new volumes though at a less frantic pace than in their first year.
Another World Survival is now complete at 9 volumes. They fixed volumes 3-4 and they no longer read like a bad machine translation. I'd suggest buying the DRM-free editions direct from the Hanashi store since they make a bit more money and there are no worries about the volumes being delisted because of teen sex and violence.
Overall, the translation quality of AWS is a bit lower than JNC but still decent. The most common error is getting the person speaking or acting wrong like having the spear wielder casting fire magic or the support mage casting wind magic instead of the correct party members. I notice but it doesn't really bother me.
Fruit of Evolution is on volume 9 with 10 scheduled for October. Translation quality is very good, to me on par with JNC.
Tsukimichi is on volume 1 with 2 scheduled for the end of July and 3 at the end of September.

I read in a post here ages ago that LN Japanese text often omits the name of the person speaking (no idea whether that's really true) so I figured that the translator had to figure out the speaker from context and guessed wrong. It could easily be the author writing week to week and not making a cheat sheet to keep things straight.

That makes sense. Comedy is very much personal taste and there are several popular comedy LNs that are 100% not my cup of tea. The anime season 1 was faithful to the LNs so if it didn't work for you I would not expect the LN to work either.
