Acquisitions Speculation - General
-
@legitpancake yeah, that still leaves 11 announcements, and given that every newly anounced series comes with 4 parts right out of the bat, we'll have material to read for a long while.
-
A little delay on a single title isn't really a problem. If the contract had to be canceled, that would have been bad. But since it just requires some rewriting that's fine enough.
For now I just want to know all the new titles, once I know them I can see if I should pick up some WN fan translations I had my eyes on for a while (like Lazy Dungeon Master). There's no point in reading WNs that might be translated shortly, I better use my time for something else. Even more so because quite a few WNs/LNs I want to read are from publishers JNC works with :D

Hrmm hrmm. New series by Grimgar author...

(I'm not going to read the synopsis in case it has a Grimgar connection).
Edit: Publisher: Kadokawa...

So... print edition of Smartphone confirmed? (Enlarge photo.)
Quof got a break.
WHAT'S THE STORY WITH THAT FREAKING BLACK DRAGON?! -
@crimson-wise Even with J-Novel Club on the spine.
-
@crimson-wise Without seven-seas logo (and a smaller size) I suspect it may be just a limited AX print.
-
@_08 I'ma wait for a clarification on this one before confirming it to be more than just a limited print.
-
I don't see a photo. Did it get taken down?
-
-
Ah, I see it, thanks.
-
Did it get taken down?
If only. That would be a confirmation for a leak. Image is just probably a bit too small for you to notice.
-
Here’s the photo for those like me who couldn’t find it.
-
Interesting... Let's see what happens :D
-
@crimson-wise I'm favorably impressed by the article. Sam and J-Novel Club for some decent coverage in that article, without getting dragged into the New Life + controversy. Very good press coverage indeed.
-
@paulnamida Agreed. Now I just have to find the time to read 44 chapters (if I like the novels)
-
@terrence I think that not a new serie, from the synopsis it's seem to be connect to it previous big serie "bara no maria", but may be we will get one of his other work like https://over-lap.co.jp/bunko/jumonjiao/mahou/,the grimgar spin off or "bara no maria".
-
Fresh leaks.
-
@_08 I was just going to post that now lol
-
:DDDDDDD
@_08 WHERE IS THAT?! -
@legitpancake Yopu can find it here => https://j-novel.club/c/lazy-dungeon-master-volume-1-part-5/
They misplaced(?) the image for Lazy Dungeon Master 5. Or maybe it was on purpose lol
